Archaic Artifacts

The really neat thing about this Newnan is that you can tell how far the hafting material went up from the stem and covered the blade edges. Seems to have been anciently resharpened above that...

Really nice Kirk especially well made to be made of Tallahatta Quartzite and has super color and polish. The quartz sparkles when you move it in your hand.

A LOT more rare than a Newnan or Marion, especially this intact and symmetrical. Super polished with nice color and from a famous collection.  

One of the wider examples I can recall of the type, with great color and a hypodermic tip.

Classic example and this one was built for heavy duty knife and butchering use. Super staining and polish with classic unifacial construction with single edge beveling.

Really nice edgework, killer tip, excellent patina and polish, and rare lobed base form. Nice color and displays well on either face.

The pics dont do this impressive first stage Bolen any justice. Wide and large example in excellent condition. Big killer notches and a ace of spades outline.

Well made and intact, with a unique well made albeit even less pronounced stem. 

Nice Hardin with above average length in good condition at a very affordable price for the type. 

Killer cross cut teeth on this Kirk Serrated made of high grade semi translucent chert. Hard to find or acquire this nice these days.

Killer tip on this wide "fatboy" Thonotosasa with nice color and banding. Really great addition at a nice price.

Wide stance and thick patina in this classic Citrus that is thin and well made.  Color reminds me of large seashell Nice price!
